Susan Redelings, Chair NHFSC, and Erin Perry, Realtor and NHFSC board member, gave a fire safe workshop talk at the Una Mas Cantina in University Heights. Participants purchased their drinks and food before sitting down to learn about the new landscaping code for zone zero, as well as home hardening and reduction of fire fuels tips. A presentation for Ready/Set/Go strategies in the Normal Heights community was also shown. A question-and-answer period then followed. The evening ended with an SDG&E go-bag giveaway.
